Called on Friday to get new keys for my 95 Monte Carlo.. they were able to make an appointment for the following Monday morning to come out to my work and get me new keys. Gary was my tech and he called when he was on his way, and kept in contact with me during the whole process!

The Bob's Locksmith tech that unlocked my car also saved me from some scammers who promised $80 fee and then showed up in an unmarked vehicle and tried to bully $300+ from me just as she said they would. After she unlocked my car, she also explained that my insurance would probably reimburse me for her services. I spoke with my insurance carrier today and they are already processing reimbursement.
